Dear Parents,
August is Back to School Month. We've got lots of tips to make the transition into the new school year go smoothly for your child and you.

All of us know the importance of exercise, but how many of us take the time to exercise regularly? Take advantage of good weather whenever you can, and get the whole family outside. We have lots of suggestions for outdoor recreation.
